# Envoyer un devis
Une fois votre devis prêt, suivez ces étapes pour l’envoyer :
* Sélectionnez le devis pour l’ouvrir.
* Cliquez sur "Envoyer".
* L'écran est divisé en deux parties pour faciliter la création de l'email. À gauche, remplissez les données nécessaires pour votre email, et à droite, visualisez un aperçu en temps réel.
Un lien vers le devis sur Factures.com est automatiquement inclus dans l'email, permettant au client d'y accéder facilement. Il vous est également possible de retirer ce lien si vous désirez uniquement attacher le devis en pièce jointe.
* Pour attacher le devis en format PDF, cochez la case "Attacher le document et ses fichiers attachés à l'email".
* Cliquez sur "Envoyer le document".
* Votre devis s'affiche, cliquez sur "Envoyer".
Un message de notification en vert apparaît en haut à droite de l'écran pour vous informer que le document a été envoyé avec succès.
